This collection is inspired by the things that we carry, and the things we use for support.
"I use jewelry design to help normalize taking mental health medications (or SSRIs), which ultimately saved my life postpartum.
If I’d only known how many people in my orbit were on daily medications as part of their mental health plan I may have sought treatment before it became so severe.
If we wear what we're taking, it helps eradicate the stigma around mental healthcare and we shows others that there isn't any shame in prioritizing your wellbeing."

FOUNTAIN HOUSE
Fountain House is a national mental health nonprofit fighting to improve health, increase opportunity, and end social and economic isolation for people most impacted by mental illness.
Drawing on more than 200 community-based social rehabilitative programs inspired by Fountain House and known as clubhouses – to reflect an insistence on belonging and acceptance – in nearly 40 states and with more than 60,000 members, we are leading a national movement for the dignity and rights of people with serious mental illness.

This collection is about finding balance between honoring ourselves while also not taking ourselves too seriously. The inspiration comes from founder/designer Sophie’s Flack’s experience with postpartum depression, and how a simple phrase finally allowed her to ask for the help she needed: “A fellow new mom said to me, "what award are we trying to win?" And I realized she was right; there's no award for 'suffered the most'." These tongue-in-cheek pendants crafted from solid 10k yellow gold and sterling silver, are little reminders that we're good enough, just as we are. Free customization available upon request!
